I am an enthusiastic, energetic and highly qualified health coach and personal trainer with a genuine interest in helping people.

I decided as a child that I wanted to be a chef, and from a young age, was educated in how to prepare delicious food at a professional level. As I grew older I began to create my own recipes; healthy versions of all my favourite naughty meals and desserts. When I was 16 I began work as a chef in the double Michelin-Star restaurant “Quaglinos” in London. In my time there I cooked for the likes of Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay, which was a dream come true for me. Sadly, due to gaining tinnitus (ringing of the ears), I had to end my career as a chef and try to find a new direction.

As I grew older I had real issues with my weight, not knowing what the right exercise choice was for me or what truly was the right food. Thankfully, when I was 21 I was introduced to bodybuilding style workouts, the knowledge of which transformed my life and physique. This put me in a position where I had people asking me how I managed to get to where I was and I found myself giving them advice and motivating them to be the best versions on themselves. At long last I felt passionate and took real pride in what I was achieving and bringing to others lives, I decided to change my career goals and strive to become the best health coach possible. After passing my course with a distinction I launched my career and have been professionally helping people ever since. In my spare time, I have been taking a personal training course in order to push my knowledge and expertise further in aid to help others.
